Great pool and comfortable beds, variety of breakfast options, convenient location for shopping and traveling.

The location is great for visiting the Florida Keys and Everglades.
The breakfast was disappointing with only small bagels and bad pastries. The room was infested with ghost ants and the mattress was uncomfortable.

I chose the Floridian for its proximity to the Homestead Historic Town Hall Museum, a place I've longed to visit. The hotel's surprise complimentary buffet breakfast with hot items and in-room microwaves and mini-refrigerators greatly impressed me, as did the attentive multilingual staff.

we spent two nights at Floridian and really had no issues with anything. the location was what we were looking for, and the grounds are pretty. the rooms seem to be recently updated, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and nice amenities like a small fridge and microwave. the staff was great and even allowed us to leave a suitcase at the front desk before we checked in.
Nothing it was perfect 😊
